This is perfect for two people who love working together, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in keeping a property running smoothly and looking its best. The successful couple will have an eye for detail, an ability to work independently and as part of a team. What We’re Looking For: Reliable, self-motivated couple who work well together Previous experience in maintenance, gardening, and/or housekeeping/reception (Trade or hospitality experience a bonus) Good communication and time-management skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Pride in presentation — both personal and property Maintenance: General repairs, painting, basic plumbing & electrical fixes Gardening: Lawn care, pruning, watering, and keeping grounds pristine Housekeeping: Room cleans, laundry, restocking, and maintaining high cleanliness standards Guest Service: Offering friendly, helpful interactions to make guests feel welcome Willing to commit to 6mths Accommodation is provided with communal shower and kitchen facilities that are shared with other back packing staff. Fluent English and computer skill is an advantage.
