Location: Mullumbimby, NSW (18 minutes from Byron Bay, 4 minutes from Mullumbimby shops, and 14 minutes from the beach)
Start: ASAP Jan 2026
Hours: 18 hours per week
Stay: Negotiable
Children: Three girls, aged 13, 11, and 6 (Lily, Pipa, and Kaia)
Pets: 3 dogs, 1 bird, and chickens
Driving: Required
ABOUT US:
We are a creative, fun, and active family living in a large, beautiful home surrounded by nature. While we enjoy the peaceful Mullumbimby lifestyle, we’re 18 minutes from the vibrant shops and stunning beaches of Byron Bay.
I’m an Irish mum running a photography business from home, and my husband, an Australian carpenter, and I are looking for a friendly, proactive, and creative au pair to help with our family and home.
Living a healthy, alternative lifestyle is important to us, and we’d love to welcome someone who shares these values and enjoys animals, nature, and healthy living.

TASKS:
Household Support:
House cleaning (vacuuming, tidying, laundry, cleaning, organising etc.)
Occasional cooking and helping with meal prep if you can cook!
Childcare:
When required and to give us a date night:)

Fun, creative, outgoing, and active
Must be Clean and organized, with a love for animals and nature
A caring, patient individual who enjoys spending time with children and can work under pressure like getting the kids off in the mornings to school.
Someone who appreciates a healthy, alternative lifestyle and is easy to live with.
A car to get around(essential)
