We have a Customer Service Officer temp job opportunity in the Wilson's Promontory National Park (2 positions).
Pay rate: Starting at an APS4 Level equivalent $32,73 p/h + Super
Contract: 2-month contract until end of December 2023
Hours: Full time and part time hours available (including weekends)
Location: Wilsons Promontory Park (accommodation can be provided by the organisation)
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for liaising with community groups, park visitors, and other customer groups to address enquiries and concerns professionally and in a timely manner. You will be assisting with completion of bookings for services that may include weddings, school visits, general visits and other requirements.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Coordinating local updating and monitoring of Parkstay campsite and accommodation bookings.
- Maintain records for school groups and other group visits as required.
- Ensure customer information is captured and reported on as required.
- Available to work at the light station to provide lighthouse tours and housekeeping of cottages at the light station precinct. This requires a 3 km walk to site and to stay overnight.
- Available to work at the general store to provide service to guests.
- Undertake Fire and Emergency response activities in accordance with requirements and level of training.
- Other ad hoc duties
