We are looking for a Team Leader to lead a small team on a packing/production line
This role will be Day Shift - 6am-2pm Mon-Fri
What you'll do
- Lead and supervise a team of packers
- Run daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and output targets
- Ensure products are reworked and labelled correctly
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work area
- Complete basic reporting and system updates
- Work closely with warehouse team
What we're looking for
- Experience supervising staff in a manufacturing environment
- Strong safety and quality mindset
- Confident people leader with hands-on approach
- Good communication and basic computer skills
