We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Quality Control Operators to join a fast paced production environment within the bottling and packaging industry.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in production, manufacturing, packaging, or process operations who enjoy hands on work and working as part of a team.
About the Role
The Process Support Operator provides hands on support across bottling and packaging operations through routine production tasks, data entry, and scheduled procedural sampling activities completed in line with documented procedures.
This is a production support role with limited responsibility and discretion. The role does not involve assessing product quality or making quality related decisions, with all sampling outcomes referred directly to the Quality team.
Key Responsibilities
Production Line Support
- Perform routine production tasks including packing, visual inspection, and general line support
- Assist with daily production activities as directed by the Line Coordinator or Supervisor
- Follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines
- Report issues or abnormalities outside normal operating conditions
Data Entry & Record Keeping
- Accurately enter production and process data into relevant systems
- Maintain both paper based and electronic records
- Collect and verify production information and flag missing or incorrect data where required
Routine Sampling
- Collect product samples at scheduled intervals following documented procedures
- Use basic testing strips or simple devices where instructed
- Record results exactly as displayed or observed
- Label and deliver samples to the laboratory or designated retention area
- Refer all sampling outcomes and observations to the Quality team for review
Safety & Housekeeping
- Follow all site safety, GMP, and compliance requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards within the work area
- Perform basic visual equipment checks and report faults where identified
About You
- Previous experience within manufacturing, production, warehousing, or packaging environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Comfortable completing repetitive tasks in a fast paced environment
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Reliable, punctual, and safety focused
- Able to work effectively within a team environment
