We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic and confident individual to join us at our retail store, Mahoneys Framing. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer skills and a keen eye for detail. You will - Collaborate with clients to understand their framing needs and preferences - Handle email and phone customer enquiries - Communicate clearly with our printing department to ensure client expectations are met - Arrange for clients' framing to be delivered when required with our various couriers - Operate our framing software that processes orders sent to our factory for manufacture - Ensure the safe handling of artworks sent to our factory for framing - Prepare and issue invoices and receipts , ensuring accuracy in billing - Manage and update the store database with client information and inventory levels - Ensure the client viewing, retail displays and storage areas are presentable at all times About Us Mahoneys Framing started in 1977 and since then we've framed everything imaginable for thousands of loyal customers from leading art galleries, artists, photographers, corporate clients and of course, the general public.
