L.u.x Nails & Beauty Hedland is expanding our service hours and broadening our range of treatments. As part of this growth, we are looking for a talented and committed Beauty Therapist to join our friendly, professional team. This is a full-time role with flexibility to support a healthy work–life balance.
In this role, you will provide high-quality beauty and nail treatments while delivering a warm, welcoming, and personalised experience to every client.
About the role
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Delivering a wide range of beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, threading, tinting, manicures, pedicures, nail services, and related treatments
Conducting thorough client consultations and recommending suitable treatments and products
Maintaining exceptional hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards at all times
Promoting salon services and assisting with retail product recommendations
Supporting the smooth daily operations of the salon and contributing to a positive team environment
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy or a closely related field
Strong hands-on skills across core beauty services (waxing, facials, nails, tinting, etc.)
The ability to work independently with strong time management skills
A reliable, proactive attitude with a positive and professional approach
A genuine passion for customer service and delivering outstanding client care
Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
