The Central Project Manager role is an exciting, newly-created role, reporting to the Head of Optimisation Projects. This role is an opportunity for an experienced project manager to develop and deliver a range of key strategic projects across the business, and to work closely with a number of teams and departments.
By successfully managing a number of centralized projects, the Central Project Manager will deliver successful projects that directly contribute to improved customer experience, profitability and efficiencies.
This role requires complex stakeholder management, including but not limited to venue-based team members, operations teams and Head Office Teams. Fostering effective teamwork within and across these teams and supporting stakeholders to meet their deliverables is critical to each project’s success.
KEY RESPONSBILITIES
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals and deliverables
• Identify and manage project risks and issues
• Lead project teams and ensure milestones are met
• Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and senior management
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget
• Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment and materials
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports and change requests
• Coordinate the creation of training materials as required
• Confident and capable to work in a solo capacity as the subject matter experts, ready to assist team members who are often unfamiliar with the tools and technologies involved

QUALIFICATIONS:
No formal qualifications are required; tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in business or operations are preferred
EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 4 years working in a project management role, or role requiring high degree of project management
• Hospitality operations experience in a management position
• Strong aptitude and experience working with digital platforms
