Joy Coburg is seeking a part time or casual pastry chef to work 2 - 3 days per week.
Tasks and responsibilities include:
- produce and create cakes, tarts, doughs, cookies and slices
- produce quiches, pizzas, csweet scrolls
- maintain a clean work environment
- introduce new products
- plan and implement work schedules
- attention to detail
- maintain health, safety and hygiene paractices
Experience and qualifications
- qualifications in pastry or baking
- certificate in food handling
- knowledge of kitchen operations
- experience in a similar position preferred
