bills is seeking a Senior Cook/Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and help lead the talented kitchen team. This role has a unique offering of working a very flexible roster of both day and night shifts, a rarity in hospitality! Salary $75,000 - 80,000.

Five main duties and responsibilities include:
- Supporting the day to day control of food production, including stock control and food quality
- Ensuring efficient, cost effective and seamless food production
- Developing and motivating your team
- Compliance with hygiene standards
- Maintaining effective relationships with our suppliers, much-loved customers and neighbours
You must have at least three years’ experience as a Senior Chef or similar role with formal qualifications preferred. You must also have a constructive and positive approach to managing people. The successful candidate will also have good financial and administrative skills with a focus on quality and customer service.
