This role is perfect for someone on a working holiday visa as many of our customers are on one too! Are you a skilled and confident individual with a passion for maintaining and performing minor repairs on vehicles and campervans? Are you passionate about customer service and motivated to give our customers a great start to their holidays? We are actively seeking a talented team member to join our team who is keen to get their hands on the tools. A love of travel and handyperson skills will be highly regarded. Position Responsibilities: Performing campervan maintenance, safety checks, and non-mechanical repairs is an everyday task. Working independently and as part of a team with precision and attention to detail. Quality-checking vehicles are clean and ready for hire. Front-end customer Service. Opening and closing rental contracts, including cross-selling appropriate add-ons. Providing customers with vehicle demonstrations. Office administration. Position Requirements: Must have a valid manual driver's license and excellent driving record. Must have authorisation to work in Australia. No official qualification is required. Experience with customer service and/or performing minor repairs on vehicles and campervans, as well as experience in carpentry and plumbing, will be highly regarded.
