About the Role
You’ll work closely with our incredible Head Chef Nikki, across multiple facets of the business—from kitchen prep for events to executing offsite functions and leading service at ONLYS.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their work.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in menu preparation and event production

Execute and manage offsite catering events

Lead or support service at ONLYS

Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation

Support kitchen organisation and stock control

Uphold food safety and hygiene standards
About You
-
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a professional kitchen, previous sous chef experience or senior CDP

Confident working across both prep and service environments

Strong organisational and time management skills

Calm under pressure with a team-focused mindset

Full, valid driver’s licence (essential)

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Conscutive days off on Sunday/Monday
- Open to full time hours in peak event season
