We’re on the search for a technically minded and customer focused individual to step into the fast paced role of Field Service Coordinator -someone ready to play a vital part in the smooth delivery of service operations within our Traralgon Field Service team.

Reporting to the Service Supervisor, in this front-line position you’ll be a key link between our customers, technicians, and wider service team - juggling bookings, fielding technical queries, coordinating work orders, and ensuring every job runs on time and to the highest standard. Experience in earthmoving repairs will be a big advantage, helping you to quickly understand customer needs and support our techs with confidence.

ABOUT THE ROLE
What a day typical day will look like:
- Booking and scheduling work in progress
- Providing clear, accurate and timely information for job progress
- Coordinating, scheduling and allocation of jobs to our technicians
- Managing invoices to ensure pricing and product/machine component details are clear
- Effectively liaising with other departments to deliver effective solutions
ABOUT YOU
You will utilise your knowledge gained from your industry related background and pride yourself on outstanding customer service, as well as your organisational skills.
To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and attributes:
- Ability to develop and maintain long term internal and external relationships
- Capable to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively within a high-pressure environment
- Mechanical aptitude essential and a background in earthmoving is preferable
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Coordination experience within a similar industry
- CAT dealer experience would be advantageous, but not essential
- A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures
- Qualified Diesel Mechanic (preferred but not essential)
