Your new role
- Implementing and maintaining WHS systems, procedures, and site documentation
- Conducting site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Leading incident investigations and ensuring effective corrective actions
- Delivering toolbox talks, inductions, and ongoing safety training
- Monitoring subcontractor compliance with WHS and environmental requirements
- Supporting the project team to maintain a strong safety culture on site
- Ensuring compliance with all legislative, client, and company standards
What you'll need to succeed
We are seeking an experienced WHSE Advisor with a strong background on large-scale construction projects. To be considered, you must have:
- Minimum 2+ years’ recent experience on commercial projects valued $85M+
- Proven experience working on complex, multi-storey construction sites
- Demonstrated stability across previous roles
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation, systems, and site-based delivery
- Experience in Class 2 residential projects is highly desirable, with commercial exposure essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage site teams
- Relevant WHS qualifications and a proactive, solutions-driven approach
