At Penrhos, we believe strong systems, collaboration and innovation empower student success. We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Administration Officer – Future Pathways to join our Secondary Administration Team.
This is a permanent part-time (0.6 FTE), term-time only role, supporting the delivery of our Future Pathways program for upper secondary students.
Your role in the learning adventure:EMBRACE – Provide high-quality administrative support to the Future Pathways Coordinator and Dean of Academics & Future Pathways
CREATE – Maintain accurate, compliant records and reporting across VET, ADWL, Endorsed Programs and Work Experience
SOAR – Coordinate Work Experience processes, including student preparation and placements
BLAZE – Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with key stakeholders
IMPACT – Contribute to a seamless, supportive program that enables students to explore post-school pathways
What you bring:
Experience in administration, ideally within a school or education setting.
Knowledge of VET programs and working with RTOs (desirable).
Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and care.
Current National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.

The following essential criteria must be addressed with evidence in your cover letter:
Demonstrated experience coordinating or supporting VET, ADWL, Endorsed Programs, Work Experience, or similar educational pathways programs.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, while upholding high standards of care and acting in the best interests of students.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with a clear commitment to identifying efficiencies and improving processes.
Highly developed organisational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper storage of information in line with regulatory and organisational requirements.
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
