About the RoleWe are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an IT Support Officer.
In this fast-paced role, you will report directly to the IT Manager and be responsible for providing technical support to staff via phone, remote support tools, and onsite assistance as required.
This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of Help Desk or similar experience who is looking to further develop their IT career in a supportive and challenging environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Provide technical support, troubleshooting and management of systems and devices while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Complete proactive maintenance tasks on systems and devices
Identify recurring issues and contribute to long-term solutions
Ensure systems operate at optimum performance with minimal downtime
Provide general support for Microsoft 365 environments
Assist the IT Manager with projects and day-to-day operations as required
QualificationsThe successful applicant will ideally possess:
Skills & ExperienceYou will ideally have experience with:
Level 1 and Level 2 customer-focused technical support
A minimum of 1-2 years of Level 1 and Level 2 customer-focused technical support experience
Supporting a broad range of Windows and Mac technologies
Working within a service desk environment and resolving issues efficiently
Microsoft 365 administration and support
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Can communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
Works well independently and in a fast-paced environment
