New Responsibilities
The Event WaitStaff will be responsible for executing all aspects of food and beverage service during events, maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction from preparation through cleanup. A commitment to service excellence and teamwork is paramount.
Setting up event spaces, including tables, chairs, and detailed place settings according to floor plans.
Greeting guests warmly and serving food and beverages efficiently and politely throughout the event duration.
Monitoring guest needs proactively and promptly addressing requests or issues, escalating concerns when necessary.
Clearing plates, glassware, and cutlery swiftly and discreetly during and after service periods.
Assisting kitchen staff with basic preparation, plating, and logistical support as required.
Ensuring the consistent cleanliness and organization of serving stations and the overall event space.
Requirements
We are actively looking for candidates who possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in hospitality. As this is an entry-level position (NO_EXPERIENCE required), comprehensive training will be provided to the right applicant who demonstrates reliability and a positive attitude.
Ability to commit to a FULL-TIME work schedule in Larrakeyah, NT.
NO_EXPERIENCE required; training will be provided, but a willingness to learn quickly is essential.
Must be legally authorized to work in Australia; we are unable to accept international applicants or offer visa sponsorship.
Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on providing excellent customer service.
Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism when interacting with guests and team members.
Physical capability to stand, walk, lift trays, and move quickly for extended periods during events.
