The Opportunity
Are you a passionate Diploma-qualified educator who thrives in a kindergarten environment?
We’re looking for experienced educators who are excited by the opportunity to shape meaningful learning experiences, support children’s development, and contribute to a collaborative teaching team.
This is an exciting time to join us. With Building Blocks funding secured and renovations planned across multiple kindergartens in 2026–2027, you’ll be part of a growing service committed to modern, engaging, play-based learning environments.
In This Role, You Will:
- Create engaging, play-based learning programs that inspire curiosity and confidence
- Support and contribute to curriculum planning, documentation, and reflection
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Use intentional teaching strategies to extend children’s learning
- Provide guidance and leadership within the room, supporting best practice
- Work in alignment with the Child Safe Standards, National Quality Framework, and EYLF
About You:
You are someone who:
- Holds a Diploma of Children’s Services (or equivalent)
- Brings experience in kindergarten or early childhood settings
- Has a strong understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and Child Safe Standards
- Enjoys mentoring others and contributing to a positive team culture
- Is passionate about inclusive, child-centred, and culturally responsive education
- Communicates with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
You will also hold:
Working With Children Check
First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma certifications
Protecting Children – Mandatory Reporting and Other Obligations for the Early Childhood Sector Training
National Child Safety training (Modules 1 & 2)
