TWO CLANS PTY LTD is seeking a dedicated Cook / Chef to join our team in Biloela, QLD. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen and a passion for creating delicious meals.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard.
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
Collaborate with kitchen staff & Senior Chefs.
Assist in inventory management, receiving deliveries and supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen.
Requirements:
Cookery Trade Certificate or relevant/on the job training
2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts.
