About the Role:
- Manage daily bar operations and service
- Create and maintain cocktail standards
- Train and lead bar staff
- Manage stock, ordering and inventory
- Work closely with management on menu development
- Deliver exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Bar Manager or senior bartender, floor supervisor
- Strong cocktail and wine knowledge
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Passion for hospitality and modern dining
