Customer Service Associate (4 days a week)

Work Arrangement : Onsite
The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join a global pharmaceutical company. You will support internal teams and manage customer enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Process orders within set timeframes
- Track deliveries and liaise with logistics providers
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
- Support account setup, returns, and credit/debit processing
- Prepare basic reports
Skills & Experience
- HSC or relevant qualification
- 2+ years in a similar role
- Microsoft Office and SAP/CRM experience
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Team-oriented approach
