Hospitality All-Rounder (Bar & Housekeeping) Wongan Hills Hotel Wongan Hills Hotel is seeking a motivated and reliable Hospitality All-Rounder to join our team. This role combines bar service and housekeeping duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well in a team, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Bar & Front of House Duties Provide friendly and professional customer service. Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash transactions. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar and dining areas. Restock bar supplies and assist with venue setup and pack down. Ensure compliance with RSA and venue policies. Housekeeping Duties Clean and service guest accommodation rooms. Change bed linen and replenish guest amenities. Maintain cleanliness of common areas, bathrooms, and public spaces. Report maintenance issues and damaged items. Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel. Skills & Experience Previous hospitality or housekeeping experience preferred but not essential. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours.
