MLC School is seeking several enthusiastic and experienced casual sports coaches to join our vibrant and supportive sporting program. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire students, share your love of sport, and be part of a positive school community that values participation, teamwork, and excellence.

- Volleyball
- Hockey
About the Role
As an MLC School coach, you’ll:
- Deliver engaging, high-energy training sessions
- Coach and/or officiate games on Saturdays
- Encourage skill development, confidence, and teamwork
- Create a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment for students
- Be a positive role model within the MLC School sporting culture
When You’ll Be Working
- 1 training session per week (scheduled in consultation with the school); for Water Polo, training sessions are held in the morning before school.
- Games: Friday night or Saturday (availabilityrequired between 7:30am - 12:30pm)
Water Polo
- Training sessions are held in the morning before school (scheduled in consultation with the school)
- In Term 3, games will be held on Friday night
- In Term 4, games will be held on Saturday morning 8:00am – 12:00pm
Volleyball
- 1 morning training session per week (scheduled in consultation with the school)
- Games will be held on a Friday night
Hockey
- 1 training session per week
- Games will be held on Saturday between 7:30am - 12:00pm
What We’re Looking For
- Experience coaching and/or umpiring in one or more of the listed sports
- A genuine passion for working with young people
- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- A valid Working With Children Check (essential)
