Glorietta is an established Italian restaurant known for generous hospitality, wood-fired cooking, handmade pasta, seasonal produce and a lively dining room. We are looking for someone organised, reliable and calm under pressure, with pride in consistency, preparation and clean, confident cooking.
You’ll work closely with the senior kitchen team across lunch and dinner services, helping maintain standards and support the wider team.
The role would suit someone who:
- Has experience as a CDP or strong Demi Chef in a busy restaurant
- Can run a section with confidence and consistency
- Is organised, clean and calm during service
- Works well in a team
- Has an interest in Italian food, pasta, wood-fired cooking and seasonal produce
- Has full working rights in Australia
