We are now looking for a commercially driven and client focused Account Manager to take ownership of our Bundaberg portfolio and lead growth across the region.
About the Role
This is a hands on, onsite position where you will manage key client relationships while actively identifying and converting new business opportunities.
You will play a critical role in growing existing accounts, strengthening partnerships and expanding our footprint across the Bundaberg region. Alongside this, you will oversee workforce delivery to ensure high quality service, compliance and operational success.
We are open to both full time and part time candidates. Availability for flexible working hours is essential to meet client and site needs.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Managing and growing a portfolio of industrial clients across Bundaberg and surrounding areas
- Building strong, trusted relationships with key decision makers and site contacts
- Driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities within existing clients and across the region
- Delivering end to end workforce solutions aligned to client needs
- Overseeing onsite workforce coordination including onboarding, inductions, rostering and timesheets
- Ensuring compliance with safety, legislative and client requirements
- Working closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure consistent candidate supply
- Monitoring performance, analysing data and leading client reviews
- Identifying and implementing improvements to enhance workforce and client outcomes
What You Will Bring
- Proven experience in account management within recruitment or workforce solutions
- Strong sales and commercial mindset with a track record of growing accounts
- Ability to build long term client relationships and influence stakeholders
- Experience managing high volume recruitment or workforce operations
- Good understanding of employment legislation, industrial relations and workplace safety
- Strong organisation and time management skills
