The Customer Experience and Sales Support plays a pivotal role in supporting the Customer Experience and Sales team at Maroondah Leisure, ensuring their success in selling memberships and meeting targets. This position is responsible for providing continuous training, guidance and motivation to team members to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.
The role will actively participate in driving sales initiatives, communicating with the team to achieve sales goals and collaborating with external partners to promote corporate offerings and allied health partnerships. The role also involves actively engaging in membership and product sales, leading by example to inspire the team and contribute to the overall growth and success of Maroondah Leisure.
