DeltaFM provides facility management support services to remote and metro clients across Australia. The Trades Maintenance Allocations Officer works in conjunction with onsite Facilities Management operators to deliver Planned Maintenance in accordance with contract requirements. The role is based in a great office environment in Cannon Hill (Brisbane), Monday to Friday and offers flexible start and finish times.
Salary - Around $95K including Super
The Position:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Trades Maintenance Allocations Officer to join the Brisbane team on a fulltime basis. As the Trades Maintenance Allocations Officer, you will be in charge of allocating Maintenance Work Orders to resources, creation of follow up work orders, provide input to contract reporting, overdue work order management with onsite managers. Please note some site travel may be required to client mine sites with up to 4 trips per year for no longer than 5 days at a time.
The Person:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the provision of superior customer service, a sharp attention to detail, will be self-motivated, a team player, able to work autonomously, have a flexible approach and attitude, a strong work ethic, competency in Microsoft Office applications, email mobile device and internet as well as experience with database and reporting systems. You will also be able to integrate and work as part of a national team and communicate in an effective manner. Experience with working with trades staff and or scheduling of maintenance work orders across multiple client sites will be highly regarded.
