Noo’s Padel is opening soon in South Yarra. We’re a new padel, cafe and social venue built for good games, good coffee, regular faces and the kind of post-match energy that makes people want to stay a little longer. Think sport, hospitality and community in one place — not a standard gym, not a quiet tennis club, and not your average cafe. We’re building something new, and we’re looking for Front of House / Cafe All-Rounders to help shape the Noo’s experience from day one. The Role This is a hands-on role across the cafe/kiosk and broader venue. You’ll be one of the first people our players and guests meet. That means warm welcomes, smooth service, clean spaces, good coffee, good energy and a venue that feels switched on. There will be a mix of morning, daytime, evening and weekend shifts available. What You'll Do Welcome players, guests and regulars with confidence and warmth Take orders and process payments through the POS Prepare and serve coffee, drinks and simple food items Keep the cafe/kiosk clean, stocked and ready for service Help keep the venue sharp, organised and welcoming Clear tables, reset spaces, manage dishes, rubbish and general venue presentation Support food and drink service throughout the day Build friendly relationships with regular players and guests Help during social sessions, events and busy venue periods Work closely with the Cafe Manager and broader Noo’s team Who We're Looking For We’re looking for people who are warm, switched on and good with people. You might have cafe experience, barista experience, front of house experience, retail experience or just a naturally good way with customers. What matters most is that you’re reliable, hands-on and calm when things get busy. You’ll suit this role if you are: Warm, confident and genuinely friendly Reliable and easy to work with Calm under pressure Comfortable in a cafe, FOH, retail or hospitality environment Hands-on and happy to jump in wherever needed Attentive to cleanliness, presentation and small details Comfortable working in a small team Able to work independently once trained Available for weekday, evening and/or weekend shifts Excited by sport, hospitality, people and new venue energy Hospitality, retail or customer-facing experience is preferred. Barista experience is a bonus, but attitude, reliability and customer service matter most. You don’t need to know padel yet. We can teach you that part. Why Join Noo’s? Join the opening team of a new South Yarra venue Help shape the culture from the beginning Work around sport, coffee, people and community Be part of a small team where your contribution actually matters Build relationships with regulars, players and locals Work in a social, energetic venue built for events, repeat visits and good times Learn about padel as the sport grows in Melbourne How to Apply Please send through your CV and a short note telling us about your hospitality experience, availability and why you think you'd be a good fit for Noo’s.
