Job Description
Working Hours: 38 Hours per Week (Full-time)
Annual Leave: 4 Weeks per Year
Salary: $105,000 per annum + Superannuation + Income Protection Insurance
Role Responsibilities
Administer construction and infrastructure contracts from commencement through to completion.
Review and interpret contract documents, specifications, and commercial terms.
Prepare and manage contract variations, claims, extensions of time, and project documentation.
Monitor project budgets, costs, profitability, and financial performance.
Assist in preparing tender submissions, pricing schedules, and commercial reports.
Coordinate procurement activities and maintain supplier and subcontractor documentation.
Liaise with project managers, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Accounting, Commerce, Business, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in contract administration within construction, civil, utilities, or infrastructure industries.
Strong understanding of contract management, procurement, and project costing.
Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial/project management software.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
