Paperbark Camp is Australia's original luxury camp, and our Gunyah treetop restaurant is a must visit dining experience for all visitors to Jervis Bay. We’re seeking enthusiastic team members with bar and waiting skills who are also willing to pitch in across all aspects of the business, including housekeeping and general guest service. You’ll bring confidence, flexibility, and a can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and help wherever needed. Ideally you have: - Minimum two years hospitality experience somewhere in your CV, working in quality a la carte dining establishments - Love of food and some wine knowlege - Some ability to mix and serve drinks - Confidence speaking English and good communication skills - Genuine love of hospitality and people - Experience of POS systems - Willingness to learn and be a true team player Cooking and/or carpentry, maintenance experience would also be highly regarded. With a 6-month casual seasonal contract, award rates + tips + all entitlements, guaranteed minimum 30 hours per week (+ more during peak periods,) you’ll have reliable hours while still enjoying all that Jervis Bay offers – pristine beaches, national parks, kayaking, snorkelling, bushwalks, and a relaxed coastal lifestyle just a couple of hours from Sydney. With various roles available could suit friends or couples travelling together. Parking for vans available with access to bathrooms/laundry and also assistance available to find nearby accommodation for those without a van.
