Start early October Hey Chef!! Paperbark Camp, Australia's original luxury camp in Jervis Bay, NSW is looking for an all-rounder chef/cook to join our team as a casual chef (approx 25 hours) with additional hours available in front of house/ housekeeping and maintenance. Flexible shifts available 7 days across breakfast and dinner shifts, leaving plenty of time to explore the beautiful coastal landscapes and beaches of the South Coast. Ideally we are looking for the following: - Minimum 2 years experience in a similar, ideally fast paced, contemporary and quality establishment. - You should have strong cooking skills and be able to communicate effectively with the entire team. - A professional demeanour and well presented. - Confident speaking English. - Be self-motivated and have initiative as well as willing to learn. - A solid work ethic and gaining satisfaction from doing great work to support our mission to providing a memorable dining experience. - Positivity, genuine flexibility and resilience Apologies in advance, due to the number of applicants we will only be contacting if we wish to arrange an interview.
