Apollo Bay sits where the Otways rainforest meets the Southern Ocean on the Great Ocean Road in VIC — waterfalls, koalas and treeferns on one side, empty beaches and the Great Ocean Road on the other. People come for a week and end up staying a season. Otway Retreats manages high-end holiday homes across Apollo Bay and the Great Ocean Road, and we're looking for reliable, hands-on all rounders to join us as a team moves on. Immediate start — 6 month minimum commitment The main role •Changeover cleans at high-end Airbnbs — kitchens, bathrooms, floors, styling •Stripping/remaking beds, laundry, restocking linen & consumables •Getting each property guest-ready and presentation-perfect •Working across multiple properties around Apollo Bay Secondary Role/s •Top up hours available On our rural property — basic maintenance, gardening, landscaping, basic construction for those who are handy and have the right skills • Hospo Shifts In our restaurant/café/wine bar as it gets busier for those that have the right experience (barista/cook/chef/bar/floor) What you'll need •Holiday house cleaning/housekeeping experience (essential) •Own car and current licence (essential — please don't apply without one) •Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months •An all-rounder attitude — happy to turn your hand to cleaning, basic maintenance/gardening or hospitality as needed for top up hours given it is a seasonal town and we are not in our peak season (yet) if you have other skills please share this when making your application What we offer •34/hour plus super, and weekend loading •Free coffee in the AM when you work, plus staff discounts •Staff accommodation available Couples welcome Can sign off on 88 days pending role/s undertaken To apply: email your CV to [email address removed] We get a lot of applications — if you don't hear back you didn't make the shortlist this time.
