What your business will look like:

Delivering personalised and professional 1-on-1 training sessions
Work with clients of all experience levels to achieve real, lasting results for a range of goals
Contribute to a motivating, community-focused gym culture by being one of the faces of the Club
Upskilling with access to ongoing education, professional development programs and systems to keep you accountable to your business goals
Opportunities to add our signature Group Training products and Group Fitness class formats to your schedule
Unlimited access to our EVOLT 360 Scanner for you and your clients to accurately measure their progress, display the effectiveness of your Coaching, and show extra value for what you do

What you need to be successful:

Certificate III & IV in Fitness (required)
Current First Aid & CPR
Fitness Registration and Insurance (guidance provided to obtain if needed)
A passion for health and fitness and a desire to inspire others
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, with a hunger to grow a successful Personal Training business

You'll be instrumental in helping our Members achieve life changing results, supported by a club team with a strong focus on quality Sales, Retention and Member Experience. We value a positive mindset and a thirst for learning. We set you up with the tools you need to start and develop a successful business while enhancing your industry knowledge and skillset for career growth.
