The Wongan Hills Hotel is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Hospitality All-Rounders to join our friendly team. We are seeking motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent customer service. Couples are preferred, as we have opportunities available across multiple areas of the hotel, making this an ideal role for travelling couples or partners looking to work together. About the Role As a Hospitality All-Rounder your duties may include: Serving customers in the bar and bottle shop. Mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Operating the POS system and handling cash and EFTPOS transactions. Providing friendly and professional customer service. Restocking bar supplies and maintaining cleanliness. Assisting with gaming, TAB, and hotel operations (training provided where applicable). Helping with restaurant service and food running when required. General cleaning and maintaining a safe, tidy workplace. Supporting other departments as needed to ensure smooth daily operations. What We're Looking For Previous hospitality or bar experience is preferred but not essential. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team. Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate or willingness to obtain one before commencing. Australian working rights or a valid working visa. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay.
