This is a high-energy, all-rounder position where you’ll be across multiple departments, keeping daily operations running smoothly. On-site facilities include a 24/7 service station, truck stop, licensed restaurant, caravan park, camping grounds, and accommodation — meaning there’s always something happening. Your duties will include: Retail & Customer Service • Serving customers efficiently and professionally • Handling transactions and cash • Delivering a high standard of customer service Food & Beverage Service • Making coffees (barista duties) • Taking orders and serving food • Running meals and assisting in service areas Stock & Store Operations • Restocking shelves and fridges • Unloading deliveries and organising stock • Merchandising and maintaining store presentation Accommodation & Guest Services • Checking guests in and out (RMS experience highly regarded) • Cleaning and servicing rooms • Responding to guest needs Cleaning & Maintenance • General cleaning of public areas and store • Reporting maintenance issues • Assisting with basic yard duties as required This role requires someone who can jump between tasks, stay organised, and keep a positive attitude in a fast-moving environment.
