Travellers Autobarn is looking for an All-Rounder to assist our Melbourne branch in preparing and hiring campervans for our International and National customers for their Australian Road Trips. This role is perfect for someone on a working holiday visa, as many of our customers are on one too! Are you a skilled and confident individual with a passion for maintaining and performing minor repairs on vehicles and campervans? Are you passionate about customer service and motivated to give our customers a great start to their holidays? We are actively seeking a talented team member to join our team. A love of travel and handy-person skills will be highly regarded. Position Responsibilities: - Performing campervan maintenance, safety checks, and non-mechanical repairs is an everyday task. - Working independently and as part of a team with precision and attention to detail. - Quality-checking vehicles are clean and ready for hire. - Front-end customer Service. - Opening and closing rental contracts, including cross-selling appropriate add-ons. - Providing customers with vehicle demonstrations. - Office administration. Position Requirements: - Must have a valid manual driver's licence and an excellent driving record. - Must have authorisation to work in Australia. - No official qualification is required. Experience with customer service and/or performing minor repairs on vehicles and campervans, as well as experience in carpentry and plumbing, will be highly regarded.
