Icaro is a specialty café, elixir bar and seasonal restaurant in the heart of Apollo Bay, on Victoria's Great Ocean Road. We cook beautiful chef led meals, and we're looking for a chef or cook to join our kitchen team for either day or evening service (or a mix of both). THE ROLE - Cooking across our café and seasonal restaurant menus - Prepping, plating and keeping the kitchen running smoothly - Working with a small, supportive team who take pride in what goes out ABOUT YOU -Solid kitchen experience (café, restaurant or similar) -Reliable, organised and calm when it gets busy TRAVELLING WITH A PARTNER? We'd love to hear from you both. We have a front of house/bar position for your partner, and we can also offer them extra work in our second role (see our All-Rounder ad).
