We’re Bubbletent Australia — off-grid luxury stays in one of the most beautiful valleys in the country, about 3hrs NW of Sydney, between Lithgow and Mudgee. On your days off you can: • Explore wineries in Mudgee • Get to know Jordan at Capertee Pub • Hike (there are more trails than we’ve had staff) • Read in a hammock on top of an escarpment • Go 4WDing • Chase waterfalls / canyons in the Blue Mountains • Kayak (30 mins from us) • Wander through actual old gold mining towns What you’ll actually do (depends on your skill set): Housekeeping • Lawn mowing • Splitting firewood • Guest hosting / guest comms • Driving / runs • Experience design (little “wow” touches for guests) • Admin/email • Basic carpentry / fixes / building support. Who we’re looking for: • You’re practical, reliable, calm under pressure • You solve problems instead of announcing them • You like making people happy (genuinely) • You’re comfortable in a 4WD / AWD, or open to learning on ours • You’re able to commit 6 months minimum (preference goes to people who can stay longer and/or have hotel/resort experience) The deal: • 31.50 p/h flat for the first 3 months, then 33.00 p/h after that (negotiable if you bring serious skills / quals) • Paid accommodation with all utilities included • We can sign off for working holiday visas, and there’s potential sponsorship for the right human • Must be able to start within 7 DAYS of this post Interested?
