About the Role
- Casual position
- Flexible work opportunities

- Up to 38 hours per week available during peak production periods
- Cross training opportunities across multiple departments
- Rotating tasks every 30 minutes to support fatigue management
- Some manual handling involved (approximately 6kg to 15kg)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visual inspections and identify product defects
- Pack products accurately and efficiently for shipment
- Monitor packing equipment and report any issues
- Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met
- Stack cartons and pallets safely according to site requirements
- Report stock or quality concerns to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- Follow all workplace safety and quality procedures
