4–5 days per week
Essential is someone who gets and can maintain the VIBE of CWH.
You are able to:
- Run the floor and lead service.
- Support and manage our team, including HR.
- Manage stock, ordering and venue logistics.
- Keep on top of licensing, compliance, and other venue legalities.
- Problem-solve and good eye for detail.
- Work alongside our Marketing Lead and contribute to internal marketing conversations.
- Communicate openly, kindly and clearly.
You are into:
- Inclusivity and creating an affirming space for everyone.
Experience managing a hospitality venue is important.
Desirable (and if your background is more heavily in these skills, rather than hospitality, please also reach out):
- An understanding of natural wine
- A marketing, communications, or psychology background
