About the Role:
- Coordinate floor flow and table service during peak bistro hours.
- Support and train junior staff to maintain our service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback with a professional, positive touch.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless meal delivery.
About You:
- High-energy with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or senior floor role.
- Organized, punctual, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once.
- Holds a current RSA (or we can help you get one).
