Join the VCF Transport Team: HC Driver (Wonthaggi or Dandenong)

Whether you want to be based at our Wonthaggi site or work out of our Dandenong Depot, you’ll be joining a stable, well-established team that actually treats you like a person, not just a number.
The Role
This is a casual position, ideally 3–4 days per week. Most of your shifts will involve a single point of collection and delivery, making it a straightforward run for the right person.
We’re looking for a self-motivated driver who takes pride in handling freight with care. While experience is a plus, if you’ve got the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we’re happy to provide training.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Professionally operating our Prime Movers and ensuring every load is secure.
- Loading and unloading freight.
- Providing great service to our clients to ensure a stress-free delivery.
- Basic vehicle checks and maintenance to keep the gear in top shape.
- Handling delivery paperwork and consignment notes accurately.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensing: A current HC license is essential (MC or Forklift tickets are a big bonus).
- Work Rights: You must be a Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen.
- Compliance: You’ll need to pass a pre-employment medical and be comfortable with ongoing drug and alcohol screening.
- Fitness: The role is physically demanding; you must be capable of consistent heavy lifting.
