- Oversee daily operations, including float management and payouts.
- Ensure strict adherence to all Victorian gaming regulations and compliance.
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and responsible environment for all patrons.

- A seasoned professional with a current RSA and RSG.
- A natural problem-solver who stays calm under pressure.
- Strong leadership skills with a "lead by example" attitude.
- Excellent communication and a sharp eye for detail.
