General administrator -
My
client is currently seeking an Administrator to join their team on a permanent
basis based in their Office in Welshpool.
This
is a perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience and
continue to build on their current administrative skills and abilities.
Previous
Administration experience is a must.
Your role will be, but not limited to:
- Email
management
- Assisting with
data entry and inputting invoices to internal systems.
- Assisting the
general team with administrative support where required.
- Providing
support to the office where needed.
- Catering
requests
- Ad hoc duties
What you will need to succeed:
- Confident and
strong interpersonal skills
- High level
Administration experience
- Versatile
problem solver
- Ready to get
stuck in and help where needed.
- Invoicing
experience is desirable.
- Sales
experience desirable
