About the role
The position is primarily responsible for provision and delivery of security services to customers within a portfolio of clients and provide customer service of the highest quality, which satisfies all existing and future customer needs. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Provide provision and delivery of security services to customers within a portfolio of clients.
Provide customer service of the highest quality which satisfies all existing and future customer needs.
Manage operational effectiveness and financials.
Provide leadership through managing staff and build a high performance team.
Skills & experience
Led end-to-end delivery of security services across a diverse client portfolio, ensuring high-quality customer service, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, preparing tenders/quotes, and expanding services with existing clients.
Manage large, multi-level teams, providing leadership, coaching, performance management, and workforce planning to build high-performing teams.
Oversee financial performance including budgeting, cost control, P&L analysis, rostering efficiency, and accurate client billing to maximise profitability.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards while fostering a strong safety culture and supporting employee wellbeing initiatives.
