Our client is not running the traditional kind of car sales model you might know!
They are looking for a Vehicle Phone Sales Consultant who will answer incoming phone and internet sales and service enquiries for new and used cars.
Engaging with customers in a highly professional and helpful manner, you will sell vehicles over the phone/online or book in the customer with one of the showroom sales professionals.
This non-customer-facing role would suit a genuine team player with a ‘can-do’ customer-centric attitude – an ambassador for their dealership.
Training will be provided to help you achieve and earn.
Skills & Experience
Call Centre or switchboard experience desirable Personable, helpful and bright phone manner Ability to quickly build rapport with customers Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to follow standard operating procedures and policies Competency in the use of computer systems and programs (MS Office) – must be quick on a computer!
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone and internet enquiries in a highly professional and engaging manner Fulfil requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests Update relevant data and bookings accurately and immediately Assist in driving an effective performance culture through set KPIs.
