Job Description
Working Hours: 38 hours per week (Full-Time)
Annual Leave: 4 weeks per year
Salary: $77,000 – $85,000 + Superannuation
Role Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Conduct market research and analyse consumer trends, target audiences, and competitor activities.
Plan and manage advertising campaigns across digital, social media, and print platforms.
Coordinate the creation of marketing materials and promotional content to support brand awareness.
Manage and optimise digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, and website content.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytical reports to measure effectiveness and ROI.
Maintain and enhance brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing communications.
Organise promotional activities, events, and campaign initiatives to support business growth.
Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to effectively deliver marketing strategies.
Manage marketing budgets and track expenditure against campaign performance.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
Relevant qualifications in marketing, business, or a related field.
Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
Experience with digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
