Hey guys,

Pocket Pizza is looking for a kitchen legend to man the helm of our Neutral Bay store. Great for someone who wants to enjoy the morning, and leave work before 11pm. We are open from 5pm Monday to Thursday, and 4pm on Fri to Sunday.

The right candidate will:

- Be able to balancing costs and sales on a weekly basis

- Read costings reports, and adjust ordering, and rostering accordingly

- Hire and train kitchen staff to a high standard

- Operate at a high level in a busy kitchen, working together with the kitchen team and FOH to maximise the customer experience

- Be able to create a solid work culture within their team, balancing job satisfaction with results

- Have a love for pizza, pasta, and everything tasty!
