About the Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering and developing our competitive WAG program, including:
- Coaching athletes across our WAG competitive pathways
- Designing and implementing structured training programs
- Preparing and supporting gymnasts at competitions
- Building strong, professional relationships with athletes, families, and colleagues
- Contributing to a collaborative coaching team and broader program development
About You
We are looking for a coach who:
- Has experience coaching competitive WAG athletes
- Demonstrates strong technical knowledge
- Is organised, reliable, and communicates effectively
- Values professionalism, teamwork, and positive athlete experiences
- Is committed to ongoing professional development
