The Opportunity
You’ll sit at the heart of the business, owning the member journey from first impression to long-term retention.
From welcoming members each morning, to driving conversations that convert into memberships, to proactively re-engaging those at risk of dropping off, your role is to create an environment people don’t want to leave.
You’ll be trusted to take initiative, build relationships, and contribute to a culture where people feel seen, supported, and part of something.
What You’ll Own
Member Experience & Front of House Presence
- Be the first impression — warm, confident, and professional every time
- Create a high-energy, welcoming environment that people want to walk into
- Build genuine relationships with members — know names, stories, and goals
- Handle enquiries, feedback, and challenges with care and confidence
Retention & Community
- Proactively connect with members to keep them engaged and accountable
- Identify disengaged or at-risk members and re-engage them early
- Create moments that build emotional connection and loyalty
- Contribute to a strong sense of community within the space
Sales & Growth
- Conduct tours and convert prospects through genuine, consultative conversations
- Support promotions, referrals, and local outreach initiatives
- Turn great experiences into word-of-mouth growth
Operations & Standards
- Run seamless front desk operations and administration
- Maintain high presentation standards across the space
- Support opening/closing procedures and daily operations
Who This Role Is For
You’re someone who:
- Naturally connects with people, quickly and authentically
- Brings energy, presence, and positivity into every environment
- Is confident having conversations that lead to sales (without being pushy)
- Notices the small things, and acts on them
- Takes ownership, not just instruction
You might come from:
- Fitness
- Hospitality
- Retail
- Customer experience or sales environments
…but more importantly, you understand people.

- A proactive, “see it, solve it” mindset
- Confidence in sales conversations and achieving targets
- High standards of professionalism and reliability
- Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
